icon Purchase:
  HiNet Content Point Consuming traditional and virtual card
 
a. Traditional card: go to any ChungHwa Telecom service center to purchase a traditional HiNet CPCC (300 NT face value)
b. Virtual card: available in 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000 and 2000 NT values. You can purchase:
 
1. A new virtual card: if you do not have an account, you can purchase a new virtual card online using a credit card.
2. If you have already purchased a virtual card, you can add value to your card online by using a credit card.
   
  The HiNet Content Point Consuming Card cannot be refunded or exchanged, cannot be changed into cash, cannot be replaced if lost and cannot be transferred. ChungHwa Telecom uses its own secure verified system for online purchasing and transfer of information.
   
icon Usage:
  The Traditional HiNet Content Point Consuming Card must be activated. After purchase, you must activate your card online, before your card expires. From date of activation, the card can be used for 2 years. If you have purchased a virtual card, no activation is required.

  All HiNet network access customers (including ADSL, Dialup, ISDN, HiBuilding, Leased-line users) can apply for this micro-payment service on line. At the first time of usage, they only need to agree the service terms and enter their ID number of citizen cards ID (or passports) and accurate names for authentication of identity. Then they can to pay usage fees of value-added services via micro-payment service.

  All requirements for MicroPayment are customers¡¦ HiNet user ID and password for network access services. When customers want to use some value-added services which need extra usage fees, an uniform home page provided by MicorPayment system will be popped up and ask them to enter their user ID and password for confirmation. As long as the User ID and password can be verified by system, the services will be delivered to customers and the service charges will be attached to customers¡¦ HiNet bills of next month. Customers can get served first and pay later, a convenient and secure solution.
