Subscribers participating in this promotion must use the HiNet ISP service for at least 1 year and the ChungHwa Telecom ADSL line for at least 2 years. |

If service is canceled before contract expiration, an early-termination fee will be charged. This amount is NT$2.74 for each day remaining on the HiNet ISP service contract plus NT$1.37 for each day remaining on the ChungHwa Telecom ADSL line contract. |

This same penalty is applied for switching ISPs before contract expiration, or if service is terminated by ChungHwa Telecom due to violation of contract rules |

An early-termination fee will be charged for canceling telephone line service before two-year contract expiration. This amount is NT$2.74 for each day remaining on the telephone line contract.(Also for new subscribers) |

Subscribers of ADSL 8M/640K and 12M/1M service may only receive downstream bandwidth of 2M-8M or 2M-12M respectively. This represents “best effort” by HiNet and ChungHwa Telecom and bandwidth results may vary. |
